Are you a career center professional or career coach wondering how to best serve people who are a few years into their professional life? Many colleges and universities advertise alums have lifetime access to their career center, but many staff members haven't been trained to effectively serve someone who has been in the workforce longer than a year or two. Private career coaches may find themselves helping experienced professionals looking for a change. 

In this session, an executive coach, Diana Alt, will share key differences between the mindset,  job search, and career fulfillment needs of recent graduates and established professionals. This presentation will help you increase your ability to meet the career needs of professionals at any stage of life.
